Bäckereien, Supermärkte, Cafés und Restaurants haben am Tagesende übrige Lebensmittel — die landen oft im Müll. Der Verein sammelt diese Reste mit Freiwilligen ein und verteilt sie an die Gemeinschaft weiter. Bakeries, supermarkets, cafés and restaurants end the day with surplus food — most of it ends up in the trash. The non-profit collects these leftovers with volunteers and redistributes them to the community.
Die Plattform ersetzt die bisher manuelle Koordination per Chat und Liste durch ein strukturiertes System für Stores, Slots, Helfer:innen und Schulungen. The platform replaces previously manual coordination via chat and lists with a structured system for stores, slots, volunteers, and training.
